Job summary

SLB in Prudhoe Bay, AK is seeking a Completions Field Specialist to maintain safe, efficient service delivery and support field operations.

Ideal candidate will operate SCSSV, Packers, and gauge installations, participate in risk analysis, and drive continuous improvement while engaging with customers and upholding HSE standards.

The Completions Field Specialist located in Prudhoe Bay, AK is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers. The Field Engineer identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated annual salary for this position is $60,000–$90,000 plus bonus and/or overtime depending on experience. Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. The listed compensation and benefits are applicable only to successful candidates hired onto local United States payroll.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be able to run SCSSV, Packers, Permanent Gauge installation, Gas lift, and Isolation tools a plus.
• Previous experience working for an oilfield service company is a must.
• 10 years’ experience in upper and lower completions.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Solid communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
