Job summary

CSI Pharmacy is seeking an Inventory Technician (CPhT) to support our Windsor, CT location. You will manage inventory, coordinate purchasing, and ensure accurate records across pharmacy operations.

The role requires a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with strong attention to detail. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a 40-hour workweek and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CPhT certification.
• High school diploma required; college is a plus.
• Experience in pharmacy inventory is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials management activities including inventory control and purchase orders.
• Assist in orientation and training of inventory staff and warehouse team.
• Maintain inventory levels and DOH/par level targets with leadership.
• Track and document purchase orders and supplier documents for AP processing.
• Monitor drug supplies, rotate stock to prevent expiration, and handle recalls.
• Support equipment tracking and maintenance for pharmacy site.
