Job summary

Alcon seeks a Sr. Associate Sales Operations to drive CPFR processes across key customer channels including eCommerce, Mass Retail, Drug, and Wholesale from Fort Worth, TX. You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure forecast accuracy and optimal service levels.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and operational excellence, with responsibilities spanning data management, reporting, and product launches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a baseline requirement.
• English reading/writing proficiency is essential for communication with teams and stakeholders.
• 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or related functions.
• Experience with CPFR, demand planning, order management, and customer service metrics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute CPFR activities across multiple channels (eCommerce, Mass Retail, Drug, Wholesale).
• Monitor demand trends, inventory positions, and replenishment activities to support service and sales objectives.
• Own reporting and analysis for OTIF performance, shortages, service failures, and customer fines.
• Lead operational deployment activities for new product launches and item transitions.
• Provide analytical and operational support to Sales Operations and commercial leadership.
