Just Ingredients Inc. in Orem, Utah, is seeking a Customer Demand / CPFR Analyst for CPG to join our Supply Chain team.

You will track sell-through, inventory, in-stock performance, and translate sales plans into volumes for the demand plan while collaborating with Sales, Demand, and Operations. This on-site role requires 3–5 years in CPFR or demand planning, experience with national retailers, and strong Excel and Domo skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CPFR, replenishment, or demand planning experience in the CPG sector.
• Experience with national retailers (e.g., Target) or distributors (KeHe, UNFI) or Amazon preferred.
• Hands-on experience with retailer/distributor data portals and supply chain metrics such as OTIF, in-stock, and days of supply.
• Strong data skills in Excel and Domo or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track customer sell-through, store and DC inventory, and in-stock performance using retailer data portals.
• Reconcile each customer's order forecast with the internal demand plan and flag gaps.
• Spot inventory risks (out-of-stocks, overstocks, slow sell-through) and recommend actions to Sales and Supply Planning.
• Translate Sales inputs on item resets, promotions, and new distribution into store counts and baseline weekly volume by SKU.
• Coordinate launch timing and first-order dates with Operations so new items ship on time.
• Hold regular calls with customer replenishment and inventory teams on open orders and supply issues.
• Keep Sales Account Managers informed on customer supply chain activity, risks, and resolutions.
• Prepare supply chain results (OTIF, days of supply) for customer business reviews.
