Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Program Manager to lead the clinical pastoral education (CPE) program in accordance with ACPE standards. You will oversee education services, coordinate curricula, and ensure high-quality pastoral care for students, patients, families, and staff.

The role focuses on curriculum development, student supervision, and collaboration with chaplains to optimize learning experiences and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical pastoral education.
• ACPE certification or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical pastoral education programs per ACPE standards.
• Coordinates education services for students and provides pastoral care.
• Develops and maintains CPE curricula for programs.
• Supervises students’ clinical work and evaluates progress.
• Recruits, interviews, and selects students for programs.
• Collaborates with department chaplains to assign trainees.
