Job summary

U.S. Soccer is seeking a Head of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to lead the design of a CPD ecosystem for coaches and technical leaders. This role requires a strategic thinker with over 10 years of experience in coaching, and expertise in adult learning and digital learning systems.

The successful candidate will develop CPD frameworks, manage content roadmaps, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovation and quality across the coaching education pathway.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in coaching, coach education, or performance development.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning and instructional design.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CPD Framework, establishing learning architecture and pathways.
• Design a national CPD content roadmap with priority content areas.
• Ensure CPD initiatives reflect U.S. Soccer’s player-centered approach.
• Partner with external experts to enhance CPD content quality.
