• Equipment/Technology: Ability to use clinic billing system and basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and post payments.
• Establish payment arrangements with patients.
• Document notes on each account and refund overpayments per policy.
• Assist fellow billing clerks with duties as assigned.
• File insurance according to State and Federal guidelines.
