Job summary

Lincare Holdings seeks a Center Technician to set up CPAPs and RADs, manage supplies and insurance verifications, and ensure compliant documentation. The role includes patient instruction, equipment cleaning, and maintaining safety procedures at the Independence center.

Responsibilities cover monitoring compliance reports, coordinating oximetry processes, and potential on-call duties. A valid driver's license and company certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Completion of company's Equipment Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• May perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes.
• Complete all required documentation and instruct patients on safe use of equipment.
• Cleans rental equipment when returned and maintains warehouse/storage area.
• Monitors CPAP/RAD Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Receives and responds to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification and shipping.
• Monitors mdINR Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Manages the center's oximetry process.
• Follows Safety & Regulatory Manual policies including OSHA.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities; frequency depends on center size.
• Represents the company with professional appearance and patient care.
• May back up other employees during vacations or absences.
• Uses personal vehicle and maintains a valid driver's license.
