Job summary

Texas Home Medical is a Texas-based durable medical equipment provider specializing in sleep medicine, CPAP and BiPAP support. We seek a professional CSR to manage order processing, patient set ups, and ongoing patient requests.

The role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and clear communication with patients and referral sources. The successful candidate will work in an on-site office Monday through Friday, with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Associates preferred
• Customer Service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen equipment per physician orders and procedures.
• Provide patients and caregivers with basic instruction on equipment use, cleaning, maintenance, and safety.
• Assist patients with basic mask fitting and equipment concerns.
• Troubleshoot common CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen equipment problems.
• Complete delivery, setup, pickup and service documentation.
• Document patient interactions and equipment services in Brightree and/or other systems.
