Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations and drive process improvements. You will supervise the accounting team, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with cross-functional leaders to strengthen internal controls and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Active CPA license required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct people leadership experience.
• Healthcare, multi-site, or private equity-backed experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, banking/treasury, fixed assets, prepaid accounts, and other functions.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant, timely financial recording.
• Review reconciliations and journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and internal controls.
