Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Management Analyst to support contract maintenance and coordination activities related to standard enabling agreements across gas, power, financial, and environmental products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contracts are generated, signed, tracked, and recorded accurately using systems such as DocuSign, Endur, Nucleus, MCC, Aligne, KStat, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate brings experience in the energy industry, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and process standard enabling agreements and non-standard manual confirmations
• Collaborate with Commercial Advisors to follow through contract completion and execution
• Route contracts for signature using DocuSign and ensure timely setup in the appropriate system of record
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries; maintain accurate and timely contract data across systems
• Handle administrative updates including assignments, mergers, and name changes
• Update and maintain contract databases to ensure visibility across Legal, Credit, Commercial, and Trading departments
• Document and maintain procedures for contract and confirmation workflows
• Support special projects and ad hoc tasks assigned by the Team Lead
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the energy industry, particularly with contracts or confirmation processes
• Familiarity with systems such as Endur, Nucleus, MCC, Aligne, KStat, and SharePoint
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; team-oriented mindset
