Studio by Tishman Speyer is seeking a Coworking Manager for its Midtown, New York studio. You will lead a hospitality-focused team, drive occupancy, and manage member experience in a vibrant coworking environment.
The role requires 3–5 years in coworking/hospitality/sales/ops, onsite presence, and a four-year degree. Competitive compensation and full benefits accompany the position.

Summary of the Position: Tishman Speyer is looking for a Coworking Manager to join the Studio team in Midtown, New York. Our Studio team is central to the member experience. Beyond just a beautiful workspace, our top priority is to create a hospitable, welcoming, and fun environment that gets our members excited to come to work each day. We want our members to feel like Studio is the place where they can be most productive and can meet their full potential.
The base compensation range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000.
This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full‑time Tishman Speyer employees.
This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role.
The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer’s New York team, as we’ve considered factors specific to this geography.
