Job description

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful renovated pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits, and more. We are excited to welcome a new Bartender to our Mission Bay Family.

As a Bartender, you will create, prepare, and serve classic cocktails and exciting new beverages. Your friendly, energetic personality will be the face of the bar and lounge. Responsibilities include upselling items, creating recipes, utilizing proper equipment and ingredients, and handling basic cleaning duties. We are seeking team members to work various shifts, including AM, PM, and weekends, across our different F&B areas.

Covewood offers Pacific breezes and fire features, creating an intimate indoor/outdoor atmosphere to enjoy the local bounty.

Requirements

To succeed as a Bartender, you should:

• Have experience in a similar-sized hotel, preferably in upscale independent hotels or restaurants.
• Enjoy working in a beautiful hotel environment where you meet new people regularly.
• Be eager to learn and take pride in your work.
• Be reliable, flexible, and friendly.
