Job summary

Ethos Risk Services seeks an Experienced Field Investigator to perform surveillance and investigations for identifying fraudulent insurance claims. You will conduct stationary and mobile surveillance, capture video evidence, and prepare thorough reports for clients.

Responsibilities include case preparation, field surveillance, documentation, and close collaboration with supervisors. A valid PI license is required or willingness to obtain one; travel within a two-hour radius is typical.

Qualifications

• Experience in covert surveillance and producing detailed investigative reports.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle, preferably with tinted windows.
• Active Private Investigator license or willingness to obtain.
• Own handheld camcorder and stabilization gear recommended.
• Reliable laptop and mobile connectivity for admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Case Preparation: review preliminary reports before surveillance.
• Field Surveillance: conduct covert surveillance and capture high-quality video.
• Report Writing: draft thorough, court-ready investigative reports.
• Documentation: submit case reports and upload footage from your laptop.
