Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking an Experienced Field Investigator to conduct surveillance and collect video evidence for insurance claims. You will prepare cases, perform field surveillance, and draft thorough reports for clients, coordinating with supervisors and teams.

A valid Private Investigator license is preferred or willingness to obtain one, with a reliable vehicle and necessary equipment to document subjects.

Qualifications

• Experience in covert surveillance techniques with high-quality video evidence.
• Active Private Investigator license or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle, preferably with tinted windows.
• Access to a handheld camcorder with zoom and covert camera device.

Responsibilities

• Case Preparation: Prepare for surveillance by reviewing case information.
• Field Surveillance: Perform covert surveillance and capture video evidence.
• Report Writing: Draft detailed, court-ready investigative reports.
• Documentation: Finalize case files and upload footage.
• Communication: Coordinate with field supervisor and operations teams.
