Responsibilities

• Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring all needs are met.
• Know the menu inside and out, including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines, to guide guests effectively.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly, maintaining accuracy of orders.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently, keep service smooth, spaces clean, and remain composed in high‑pressure moments.
• Handle transactions accurately, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols.
• Keep the service area spotless and safe, following hygiene regulations and certification standards.
• Maintain energy and stamina, lifting, bending, and moving with strength throughout the shift.
