Qualifications

• 2 years in a responsible position recommended.

Responsibilities

• Performs security checks of the facility and posts the daily schedule.
• Inspects cellblock and sallyport for contraband and turns on lights and climate controls.
• Provides security for the judge, staff and persons in the courtroom and enforces decorum.
• Notifies Sheriff's office of prisoner transport and maintains security until relieved.
• Escorts defendants to the clerk's office and manages jury security within the courthouse.
