The LRSolutions, LLC in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a plaintiffs' litigation firm known for high-impact matters and meaningful courtroom exposure early in the role. The position offers hands-on experience across complex whistleblower and consumer protection class actions, with opportunity to advocate for individuals against powerful defendants.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of post-bar litigation experience, excellent writing and research

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-7 years of post-bar litigation experience.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Experience with depositions, court appearances, complex discovery and ESI.
• Desire to build a career as a litigator.
• Strong academics and a stable employment history.
• Collaborative, intellectually curious and able to work in a demanding litigation environment.
• Plaintiff- or defense-side backgrounds may be considered.
• Prosecutor or public defender experience may be transferable.
• Big Law litigators seeking more hands-on courtroom experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage substantive portions of complex litigation from early case development through resolution.
• Draft complaints, motions and other significant pleadings.
• Handle written discovery and complex document/ESI matters.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Work with experts and participate in trial preparation.
• Appear in court and develop meaningful first- and second-chair litigation experience.
• Collaborate closely with senior trial attorneys and a strong professional support team.
