• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Negotiate settlements while protecting client interests.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
