Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Virginia.
• 1+ years of criminal defense experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in General District Court and Circuit Court.
• Manage a criminal defense caseload from initial consultation to resolution.
• Develop defense strategies tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions and pleadings.
• Negotiate with prosecutors to advocate for client outcomes.
