Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for a government building in Williston, VT. The role emphasizes strong customer service, patrols, and access control, with a $21.25/hr rate and Fridays 7:00 am–5:00 pm (10 hours/week).

No prior security experience is required, but candidates with security, military, corrections, or law enforcement backgrounds are highly valued. Onboarding and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Ability to pass onboarding check and drug screen
• Comfortable performing foot patrol, screening, access control, reporting and safety inspections, customer service, emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises and patrol a variety of locations.
• Enforce regulations and directives for the client site.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and visitors.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and assets.
