Job Summary Details:

The Part-time Night Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the assigned area.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Location: 1422 Eugene Heimann Cir. Richmond, TX 77469

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• One year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify management about repairs or system issues
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and team members
• Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
• Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, and equipment
• Move and clean furniture and equipment as needed
• Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Empty trash and perform seasonal outdoor tasks
• Clean and service restrooms
