Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid State of Maine driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift, carry or move 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Maintains lavatories by cleaning wash bowls, drinking fountains, toilets, and restroom floors.
• Removes trash by emptying trash containers and transporting materials to disposal area.

Skills

Ability to lift, carry or move 25 pounds
