Job summary

Planet Lincoln Dallas Love Field is seeking friendly Courtesy Service Pick-up & Delivery Valets for full-time and part-time roles. You will greet guests, pick up and drop off vehicles, and ensure a smooth service experience.

Requirements include being 18+, a clean driving record, Texas driver's license, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening. No prior experience is required; training is provided. This is an on-site position at Dallas Love Field.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be able to work in the US.
• Must have a clean driving record; Texas Driver’s License required (insurable).
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including MVR, drug test, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional valet service for customers; pick up and drop off vehicles.
• Take customer vehicles to the service department and return them; exchange for courtesy vehicles.
• Assist with loaner vehicles; ensure gas fill and clean condition for next customer.
• Expedite vehicle delivery to customers and technicians.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Demonstrate time management and multitasking abilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Planet Lincoln Dallas Love Field has incredible opportunity available for full-time and part-time Courtesy Service Pick-up & Delivery Valets for our guest and service vehicles. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional valet service for our customers; picking up customers’ vehicles and dropping off a courtesy vehicle.
• Taking customer vehicles to service department for repair, delivering it back to customers and picking up the courtesy vehicle
• Assist with all loaner vehicles, ensuring they are filled with gas and clean for the next customer
• Expediting vehicle delivery to customers and technicians
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Time management and the ability to multitask
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
