Rich Smith Management is hiring a part-time Courtesy Officer for our Cabot, AR properties. This on-site role supports a safe, welcoming community for residents.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property grounds, common buildings, and amenities at least twice per night between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., seven nights a week.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and immediately report concerns to local law enforcement and the Community Director.
• Provide extra patrol during holidays like Fourth of July and New Year’s Eve, or as directed by management.
• Identify and report any issues related to lighting or security to the Community Director.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies to ensure awareness of your role and presence on the property.
• Submit a weekly written log of all activities and observations to the Community Director.
• Ensure that no physical intervention is attempted unless absolutely necessary to protect someone from immediate danger.
