Qualifications

• Must be a licensed law enforcement officer serving in the same city or municipality as the property.
• Police academy certification or equivalent training required.
• Strong communication, observation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to resident service.
• Must reside at the property; apartment provided as part of the position.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the community and inspect common areas, a minimum of two times nightly between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
• Monitor the property for suspicious activity and promptly notify local law enforcement and the Community Director when necessary.
• Provide additional patrol coverage during holidays or events as requested by management.
• Identify and report security concerns, including inadequate lighting or malfunctioning security equipment.
• Maintain communication with the appropriate law enforcement agency regarding your presence and activities on the property.
• Submit weekly written reports documenting incidents, concerns, and observations.
• Assist in promoting a safe, secure, and resident-friendly atmosphere throughout the community.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations while following all company guidelines and procedures.
