Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently while ensuring items are not damaged, aiming for at least five items per bag.
• Following best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assisting customers with unloading merchandise and loading bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers of specials.
• Restocking shelves, collecting shopping carts, and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with product location and price checks.
• Adhering to safety, food safety, and maintenance protocols, and reporting unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
• Creating a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Following all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with integrity.
• Supporting customers, including minors, seniors, and individuals with special needs.
• Performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
