Responsibilities include:

  • Bagging groceries at checkout, ensuring at least five items per bag without damage.
  • Using best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
  • Assisting customers with unloading merchandise and loading bags into their cars.
  • Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers of specials.
  • Returning merchandise to shelves and collecting shopping carts.
  • Cleaning spills, trash, and store areas inside and outside.
  • Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and price checks.
  • Following safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Maintaining equipment and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Following all laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts calmly, and acting with honesty and integrity.
  • Providing support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  • Performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
