Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities

1. Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and striving for at least five items per bag.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, and paper bags.
3. Assist in removing merchandise from bottom of shopping carts for checkout.
4. Offer help to customers with loading bags into their cars.
5. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
6. Return merchandise to shelves and gather shopping carts.
7. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning spills, trash, and all store areas.
8. Handle seasonal merchandise and understand store layout for product location and price checks.
9. Reinforce safety protocols, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
10. Inspect equipment and report repairs needed.
11. Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
12. Follow all applicable laws and company policies.
13. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
14. Act with honesty and integrity, respecting customer and business information.
15. Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
16. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
