Responsibilities:

1. Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring items are not damaged and at least five items per bag.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
3. Assist customers with loading bags into their cars.
4. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
5. Return merchandise to shelves and gather/bas carts.
6. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash.
7. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
8. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
9. Perform equipment inspections and notify management of repairs.
10. Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
11. Comply with all laws, guidelines, and store policies.
12. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts appropriately.
13. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
14. Support and assist vulnerable customers, including minors and seniors.
15. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
