Responsibilities:

1. Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring items are secure and undamaged, aiming for at least five items per bag.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, and paper bags.
3. Assist in removing customer's merchandise from baskets for checkout.
4. Offer to help customers load bags into their vehicles.
5. Perform basic shelf conditioning and restocking.
6. Inform customers about grocery specials and promotions.
7. Return merchandise to store shelves and gather shopping carts for return.
8. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning spills, trash collection, and general store and parking lot upkeep.
9. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
10. Conduct price checks and support store safety and food safety regulations.
11. Inspect equipment, report repairs, and adhere to safety procedures.
12. Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with inquiries about products.
13. Follow all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
14. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
15. Act with honesty and integrity, respecting customer and business confidentiality.
16. Support and assist vulnerable populations, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
17. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
