Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities

1. Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and striving for at least five items per bag.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).
3. Assist in removing merchandise from shopping carts and help load bags into customers' cars.
4. Perform basic shelf conditioning, inform customers of grocery specials, and return merchandise to shelves.
5. Gather and return shopping carts, clean spills, trash, and store areas, and handle seasonal merchandise.
6. Understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks.
7. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
8. Inspect equipment, report repairs needed, and create a welcoming environment for customers.
9. Follow all laws and company guidelines, work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, and manage conflicts professionally.
10. Act with honesty and integrity, seek assistance when needed, and support vulnerable customers.
11. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
