Responsibilities

1. Bag groceries at checkout, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, and paper bags.
3. Assist in removing merchandise from bascarts for checkout.
4. Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
5. Perform shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
6. Restock merchandise and collect bascarts for return.
7. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash.
8. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with price checks and store layout navigation.
9. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
10. Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs needed.
11. Provide a welcoming environment, answering questions about products.
12. Follow all applicable laws and company policies.
13. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
14. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
15. Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with disabilities, and older adults.
