Essential Job Functions:

1. Greet customers and provide assistance as needed.
2. Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and bagging efficiently.
3. Assist in removing merchandise from bascarts for checkout.
4. Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
5. Perform basic shelf conditioning and restocking.
6. Inform customers of grocery specials.
7. Return merchandise to shelves and gather bascarts.
8. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning spills, trash, and store areas inside and outside.
9. Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise.
10. Understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers.
11. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
12. Inspect equipment and report repairs needed.
13. Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing assistance.
14. Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
15. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts appropriately.
16. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
17. Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
18. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
