Job Description: Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger

As part of our team, you'll be responsible for:

1. Bagging groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and items are bagged efficiently.
2. Assisting in removing merchandise from carts for checkout.
3. Offering to help customers load bags into their cars.
4. Performing basic shelf conditioning and returning merchandise to shelves.
5. Informing customers of grocery specials.
6. Gathering and returning shopping carts.
7. Cleaning spills, collecting trash, and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
8. Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
9. Reinforcing safety procedures, adhering to food safety regulations, and inspecting equipment.
10. Creating a welcoming environment for customers and addressing their questions.
11. Following all legal, safety, and company guidelines.
12. Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and managing conflicts professionally.
13. Acting with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
