Essential Job Functions

• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to the company's policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in maintaining shopping carts in their proper place on the front end and retrieve stray carts from the parking lot.
• Help keep the work station and surrounding areas neat and clean.
• Assist in stocking milk and eggs, and help customers locate products.
• Support cashiers in checking out customers efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping store areas and keeping bathrooms tidy.
• Assist in keeping the parking lot and shopping carts litter-free.
• Work in the parcel pick-up area as directed.
• Replace misplaced items and collect trash and bale boxes as needed.
• Properly use the intercom system and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Stock merchandise and perform other duties as assigned.
