Job summary

Meijer in Springfield, OH is recruiting entry-level Courtesy Team Members to help with store operations and customer service. You will support cart retrieval, housekeeping, and general store tasks, gaining exposure to multiple departments and service desk interactions.

Qualified candidates are highly organized with keen attention to detail, strong listening and communication skills, and the ability to lift and move products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
