Job summary

Meijer is seeking entry-level team members to support store operations and interact with customers across departments. You will assist with carts, stocking, cleaning, and help ensure smooth daily store performance.

Roles involve a fast-paced environment with physical tasks, collaboration with service desks, and opportunities for growth within a family-oriented retailer.

Qualifications

• Highly-organized with a keen sense for details.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling products or using equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
