Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a courteous Shuttle Driver to provide on-site transportation in a luxury cart, greet guests, and assist with directions while delivering exceptional service.

Candidates should have 3+ years shuttle driving experience, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus, with a focus on a friendly 5-STAR guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years shuttle driver experience in a similar role.
• No points on license; license must be continuous.
• No major moving violations within last 3 years; clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site transportation in a luxury cart and greet guests with a smile.

45 minutes of PAID break each shift

Only work 4.25 hours but paid for 5!

Responsibilities

Courtesy Cart Drivers are the first point of contact for guests. We provide on-site transportation in a luxury extended golf cart. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests with on-site transportation. We help with directions and anticipate guests’ needs to deliver an exceptional customer service experience!

Qualifications

• Minimum 23yrs of age
• Minimum 5 years continuous Driver's License experience
• NO points on license
• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed
• Minimum 3 years of Shuttle Driver experience in a similar role
• No At-Fault Accidents within the last 5 years
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years

• Clean-cut appearance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a clean motor vehicle report
