However, it is subject to close at any time without prior notice once a sufficient pool of qualified applicants is obtained.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOrganizes, supervises, and coordinates the daily job duties of assigned staff responsible for all aspects of processing municipal court casesDevelops staff work plans, measures and tracks progress toward goals, prepares and conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations including planning, recommending, and implementing changes in the Court Services processesMaintains staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting. Facilitates and implements performance evaluations including goals and tracking overall progress of employees. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines assigned employeesFacilitates and implements employee training and developmentCreates, modifies, and maintains Court Services policies and proceduresProvides court and case information to defendants, attorneys, police officers, and the public pursuant to the open records act and confidentiality requirementsProvides input on policy development and updates processes to new rules and legislationProvides internal and external customer service and responds to requests and concerns. Serves as a point of contact and coordinates changes in court services operationsPrepares court documents and reports.
