Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of case materials.
• Prepare and edit opinions, orders, and judgments under judge guidance.
• Proofread legal documents.
• Communicate with attorneys as directed by the judge.
• Assist in creating jury instructions and summarize recent legal developments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
