King County Superior Court is seeking a full-time Court Operations Technician I. This role involves providing customer and administrative services for the Jury Department, including handling inquiries and coordinating activities with various court customers. King County Superior Court is accepting applications for a regular, full-time Court Operations Technician I position. This position is benefits-eligible.
The responsibilities of this position include providing customer and administrative services in support of the King County Superior Court Jury Department. This support involves receiving and handling inquiries and/or complaints and responding to information requests. The incumbent may provide operational support in other areas within the court as needed.

Work location: This position is primarily located at the King County Courthouse in Seattle, but will also be required to work at other Superior Court facilities as needed.
Work schedule and terms: This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week. Hours of work are variable between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position is FLSA non-exempt (hourly) and overtime-eligible.
