Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Six years in a legal secretarial or related field; two years supervising.
• Supervisory substitution: Leadworker duties may substitute for supervisory experience.
• Typing certification: A typing certification with a proficiency score may be required within five years.
• Certification: NCIC database certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate fiscal, budget, HR, and IT for the court.
• Analyze dockets and operations to improve case management.
• Oversee financial records and purchasing responsibilities.
• Ensure timely processing of court documents and calendars.
• Lead recruitment panels and supervise staff.
