Job summary

Minnesota Judicial Branch is seeking a Court Operations Associate for the Second Judicial District. The role supports the criminal/traffic division with high-volume customer service, courtroom clerical tasks, and accurate data entry, working at multiple Ramsey County locations.

Responsibilities include handling calls, notifying parties, and assisting the public while maintaining data privacy and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Graduation from approved high school or equivalent.
• At least six months previous experience providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to learn computer programs and technology.
• Must be able to travel between multiple locations within same day.

Responsibilities

• Attend court and assist by calling cases, taking minutes and handling documents.
• Answer inquiries from the public regarding citations and cases; provide information and instructions.
• Enter required court record information into the computer system accurately.
• Provide assistance to customers in-person, over the phone, by mail, or electronically.
• Perform clerical duties in the courtroom when court is in session.
