Altitude Schaumburg is seeking positive and energetic team players to join our new park near Woodfield Mall. We are hiring for the following positions:

• Cashiers
• Court Monitors
• Party Hosts

Focus on Court Monitors

Role: Court Monitors are essential for guest safety and play a vital role within our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the safety of guests around jumping surfaces and foam pits.
2. Enforce all rules, including wearing grip socks, having valid wristbands, and following attraction guidelines.
3. Maintain a professional attitude consistent with the park's philosophy.
4. Communicate and enforce park regulations in a friendly and professional manner.
5. Report any safety concerns to the Team Leader, Manager, or Director.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.
