State of North Carolina Judicial Branch is seeking a Court Manager I to provide administrative and case-management support for District Court Judges in District 22. The role coordinates calendars, court dates, and assignments across multiple divisions and agencies.

You will maintain calendars in Odyssey/Enterprise Justice, coordinate interpreter services, and assist with magistrate recruitment. Strong MS Word/Excel skills and organizational abilities are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in court administration, criminal justice, public administration, business, or related field.
  • Two years of progressive experience in the court system or a master's degree in a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience as allowed by the posting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain District Court calendars.
  • Coordinate CNJ, 50B DV, custody, and other calendars.
  • Maintain court dates, sessions, and judicial assignments in Odyssey/Enterprise Justice.
  • Coordinate interpreter and language access requests.
