Job summary

DeCoach Recovery Centre in Lebanon, OH is seeking a Court Liaison to support the Warren County CPS and Court System. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm and reports to the Clinical Supervisor.

You will connect clients with the criminal-justice system and provide direct client services within our recovery-focused framework, with potential flex hours to meet client and referral needs. The position requires a CDCA license or higher and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Case management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee court programming and participate in Warren County court dockets.
• Maintain safe milieu following OMHAS Standards and Agency Policies and Procedures.
• Act as a resource for clients, provide crisis intervention and be an active listener.
• Maintain written documentation and reports on client activity and behavior.
• Perform administrative office tasks (chart reviews, phones, greeting guests, filing).
• Transport clients to offsite meetings/activities.
• Participate in weekly individual supervision.
• Participate in all required training programs.
• Facilitate required groups and structured activities.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Job Summary: We are currently hiring for a Court Liaison to work Warren County CPS, and the Warren County Court System. As a court liaison, you will act as a connection between clients, and the criminal-justice system. This position will be based out of Lebanon, OH and the hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Working under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, syou will be responsible for providing direct client services that address DeCoach Recovery Centre's mission and are provided in a manner consistent with the organization's vision and values. This position has the potential to utilize flex hours to best serve the needs of our clients and referral sources.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee court programming and participate in Mason, Middletown, Warren County court dockets
• Provide a safe, secure, structured milieu through the respectful and consistent management of OMHAS Standards and Agency Policies and Procedures
• Act as a resource for clients, for example, provide crisis intervention, be an active listener to client, answer non-clinical questions for client
• Maintain appropriate written documentation and written and/or verbal reports on client activity and behavior
• Perform administrative office tasks, as example: client chart reviews, answering phones, greeting guests, copying, and filing
• Transport clients to offsite meetings/activities, as needed
• Participate in weekly individual supervision
• Participate in all required training programs
• Facilitate required groups and structured activities
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications:
