Responsibilities

• Review e-filed documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Process incoming mail and docket codes; route to appropriate clerks.
• Greet visitors and screen calls as receptionist; provide information at the Info Booth.
• Prepare court documents, calendars and notices; assist with court operations.
• Support courtroom clerks with hearings, scheduling, and recording as needed.
