International Security Services (ISS) seeks an Unarmed Security Officer for a municipal courthouse in Texas. The role requires vigilance screening visitors, maintaining a professional lobby presence, and assisting the public with directions and information.

Typical duties include light computer tasks, incident reporting, and supporting safety procedures. A valid Texas Level 2 Guard Card is required; full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, with weekend days off. Compensation is hourly.

Pay

This role also includes light computer-based duties and interaction with the public.

As a Security Officer You Will:

• Screen all visitors using metal detecting equipment to ensure safety
• Monitor the lobby and maintain a visible, professional presence
• Assist guests and provide courteous directions or information
• Complete light computer tasks, including logging visitor activity
• Report any suspicious activity or incidents promptly to supervisors
• Support courthouse safety procedures and emergency protocols
