Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Four years of Instructional Systems Development experience including analyses and design.
  • Experience with LMS design, deployment, and management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct front end analyses and needs assessments for data driven decisions.
  • Apply best practices in instructional design for student-centered learning and assessment.
  • Design, develop, and review courseware ensuring ISD standards and business requirements.
  • Assess RFPs and respond with instructional design, technical approach, staffing, and quality control.
  • Develop and manage LMS to assign, load, track courseware, and troubleshoot.
